Fresh Ginger Lime Soda Recipe

Here’s a refreshing and healthy recipe for Ginger Lime Soda, naturally sweetened with stevia. This drink is packed with vibrant flavors and perfect for a hot day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced and juiced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 1–2 stevia squeezes or 1/4 tsp powdered stevia (adjust to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cups cold club soda or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices, for garnish (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ginger:
    • Place peeled ginger piece(s) into a garlic press and squeeze. Scrape the minced ginger and juice into a glass. You can also use the fine side of a grater to get a fine ginger pulp that will infuse the drink.
  2. Add the Lime Juice:
    • Squeeze fresh lime juice into the glass.
  3. Combine with Club Soda or Sparkling Water:
    • Add the club soda or sparkling water to the glass then add ice cubes.
  4. Sweeten with Stevia:
    • Add 1–2 squeezes of liquid stevia or about 1/4 tsp powdered stevia to the mixture. Stir gently to combine. Taste and adjust to desired sweetness level.
  5. Garnish and Serve:
